What does a workplace cost per month on average?
At IT-gemak a fully managed workplace starts at € 39 per employee per month (Modern User) and goes up to € 79 (Secure Workspace), depending on the level of management and security. Add-ons are added per employee.

Why do IT costs per employee differ so much?
The difference is in management, security and compliance. A basic workplace is cheaper than one with extensive security (Defender, Purview) and NIS2 readiness. That is why you can compare per level here.
