Good to know
We already have Microsoft 365 licences. What does this add?
Licences are tools; Modern Work is the setup and management of them. We configure everything according to our Modern Work Baseline, manage your laptops centrally, keep security and updates at standard and arrange back-up of your data, which is something Microsoft does not do for you by default. And do you still have running licences with your old supplier? We simply reuse those until they expire there, and we settle that for you.
How does the switch work? Will we experience downtime?
Our goal is for you to simply keep working. We migrate in phases and carefully coordinate each changeover with you, while keeping email, files and calendars intact. Does a laptop need to be reconfigured along the way? Then we schedule that in consultation.
Is this enough for NIS2?
Modern Work is a solid foundation for NIS2 compliance. For full, demonstrable compliance you choose Secure Workspace, with data classification, Defender and reporting. We map out what is needed in your situation during an advisory meeting.
Can we switch to another package later?
Yes, the packages build on each other. Many customers start with Modern Workspace and move to Secure Workspace as they grow, start working with more sensitive data or want to get started with Copilot.
Do you work with Mac as well?
Absolutely. Both Windows and Mac are managed centrally, with the same level of security, updates and automatic setup.
