What is All-in workplace management?
With Modern Work we arrange your Microsoft 365 licences and the management and security of your environment (the tenant), with an SLA. Questions from employees about their laptop, a printer that will not print or a program that freezes are not included: we help with those at an hourly rate.
With All-in workplace management we buy that out. Your employees call or email our support desk as often as needed, and we manage the workstations themselves: laptops and PCs, updates, installations, onboarding and offboarding. One fixed amount per user per month, no separate invoices afterwards.
This is how we calculate it: the amount comes on top of your Modern Work workplace, per licensed user. With ten employees on Modern Workspace (€ 54) you pay € 54 + € 25 per employee per month. "From", because the number of workstations and your situation (own devices, multiple locations, older hardware) determine the rate.
Honestly: this does not pay off for everyone. A small team that rarely calls is cheaper off with separate hours. That is why we start with a consultation in which we look at your current ticket numbers. If you would pay too much, we tell you so, even if that means you do not need this add-on.

What is the difference between Modern Work and All-in workplace management?
Modern Work is your Microsoft 365 workplace: the licences and the management and security of the environment (the tenant), with SLA. All-in workplace management adds management of the physical workstations and an unlimited support desk. Without the add-on we help your employees at an hourly rate.
How is the price calculated?
Per licensed user in Modern Work, from € 25 per month is added. Ten employees on Modern Workspace therefore pay from € 79 per employee per month in total. The exact rate depends on the number of workstations and your situation; we determine that in the consultation.
Does the buy-out always pay off?
No. If your team rarely calls, separate hours are cheaper, and we will say so. We look at your current ticket numbers and costs up front, so you do not overpay. For teams that regularly need help or have no IT colleague of their own, it almost always pays off.
Can I take it for part of the employees?
By arrangement. Usually the buy-out applies to all licensed users, because that is simplest for your employees and the administration. If you have a clearly defined group, we discuss that in the consultation.
