Outsourcing systems management means a dedicated team takes over the day-to-day management of your IT: laptops, accounts, Microsoft 365, network, servers, backups and security. At IT-gemak you pay a fixed price per employee per month, starting at € 39. We work mostly remotely and come by when needed. You do not need your own systems administrator, and you know your IT costs in advance.
What does systems management cover?
- Workplaces. Windows and Mac laptops, centrally managed, updated and secured. See workplace management.
- Microsoft 365. Accounts, mail, Teams, SharePoint and permissions, including colleagues joining and leaving.
- Servers. Still have a server at the office? We maintain and monitor it, and help you move to the cloud if that makes sense.
- Network and wifi. Firewall, switches and access points. See network management.
- Security and backup. MFA, updates, phishing protection, laptop encryption and a daily backup of mail, files and Teams.

Remote systems management, on site when needed
We do most of the work remotely. With NinjaOne RMM we monitor all your devices 24/7 and roll out updates in phases, so nobody has to restart in the middle of the day. Some things cannot be done remotely, such as cabling or replacing hardware. Then we come by. Our office is in Breukelen and we work for organisations throughout the Netherlands.

What does systems management cost?
You pay a fixed price per employee per month, which covers management and security of your Microsoft 365 environment, with an SLA:
- Modern User, € 39 per employee per month.
- Modern Workspace, € 54 per employee per month, with every laptop centrally managed. Our most chosen package.
- Secure Workspace, € 79 per employee per month, with advanced threat protection and reporting for GDPR, ISO and NIS2.
Prices exclude VAT and apply to annual payment, plus a one-off setup fee. Hourly work costs € 107 with an SLA, which you get free with a Modern Work agreement, and € 134 without. You can buy off support for your employees with the All-in workplace management add-on, from € 25 per user per month. All prices are on our pricing page. What is outsourced systems management?
You hand over the day-to-day management of your IT to an external party: workplaces, Microsoft 365, network, servers, backups and security. They monitor your systems, run updates and fix problems, for a fixed price per month.
What does systems management cost per month?
At IT-gemak you pay € 39, € 54 or € 79 per employee per month, depending on the package, excluding VAT and with annual payment. There is also a one-off setup fee. See our pricing page.
Can systems management be done fully remotely?
Mostly, yes. Monitoring, updates, security and most issues are handled remotely. For hardware, cabling or an installation at the office we come by.
How is this different from all-in IT management?
Systems management covers the technical management of your systems. All-in IT management adds unlimited support for your colleagues and advice, so your entire IT sits with one team.
Do we still need our own server?
That depends on your software and how you work. Many SMEs now work fully in Microsoft 365. If you still have a server, we manage it. If the cloud is the smarter choice, we help you move.
Can I switch from my current IT provider?
Yes. We map your environment, make a plan and take over management step by step, without your colleagues being held up. Running licences or an internet connection are deducted for as long as they run and can be used.
